We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service, helping us to book local transportation to nearby areas at a reasonable price. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the location, which was conveniently located near the attractions we wanted to visit. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a great start to our day.
Not one thing to complain about, our stay was wonderful.

They organized a car and driver, gave great advice and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. the hotel was located in a good area with easy access to transportation. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a tidy bathroom. the breakfast spread was adequate with fresh fruit and instant coffee. the hotel offered cheap tours and helpful recommendations for local attractions.
The spa facility was sometimes closed.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed two main facts offered by this hotel. the location was perfect for a romantic getaway, as it was surrounded by breathtaking views of mountains and rivers. the hotel staff was friendly and helped us book a couples spa appointment. We also liked the availability of the shuttle service that took us to nearby attractions.
the restaurant service was incredibly slow, and it took almost an hour for our food to arrive.

The room was very comfortable, offering a cozy and clean environment to rest after a long day of exploring the city. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay.
Our experience was tainted by a few negative aspects. the food service was very slow.
